Consideration of a set timetable for long-term placements
There should be consideration of a set timetable for placements which are intended to be long-term.

Part of: Recommendations
Sometimes, a child is accommodated in a placement which is intended to be long-term.
There should be consideration of a set timetable for these placements, before a local authority decides to progress an application for an order. This order would provide legal, permanent and physical security for the child.
