There must be a coordinated approach to establishing a new language of care in Scotland.

There must be a coordinated approach to establishing a language of care in Scotland which is:
- appropriate,
- considered, and
- non-judgmental.
A clear plan must be developed for identifying and implementing:
- policy changes,
- practice changes, and
- legislative changes.
This will ensure consistent use of this language across all 32 local authorities.
