Information for children and families must change

The first information children get about their Hearing must change.

Once grounds are established, all communications sent to a child and their family relating to:

• the processes of the Hearing, or
• the decisions of the Hearing

should come in the name of the Chair.

The mechanisms for how this can be done should be part of a review of CHS and SCRA’s functions.
