Our work

Our latest strategic work programme, Focus on Change, sets out the four priority areas we will be working on until September 2026.

These are:

1. Plan 24-30 Detailed route map development
2. The Promise Story of Progress
3. Policy and Parliamentary engagement
4. Support and guidance to The Oversight Board and Independent Strategic Advisor

Underpinning the work above is our work to support the workforce to keep the promise. This includes in-person collaboration, online sessions, masterclasses, and targeted and specialist support.

We also run The Promise Design School— where teams can bring problems they have which make it hard to keep the promise, in order to find solutions.

And we are looking at how Scotland can Do Data Differently, so the way data is kept and used isn’t preventing the promise from being kept.
