New website section for Independent Strategic Advisor - the promise

Advice Notes, reports and other outputs from the work of the Independent Strategic Advisor – the promise, Fiona Duncan, will now be published on The Promise Scotland website.

As set out in her Work Programme, Fiona provides independent strategic advice on what is needed to keep the promise, alongside supporting and challenging those with responsibility and authority to act.

Publishing outputs from this work will help make Fiona’s advice, the evidence and issues she is identifying, and progress and barriers to keeping the promise more visible.

A new section on The Promise Scotland website will bring together published Advice Notes, reports and other outputs which together provide a growing account of progress being made, the barriers that persist and what needs to happen next.

The first publication is Fiona’s Halfway Point Report, covering the first nine months of her Work Programme.

Further Advice Notes and reports will be added in the coming months.
