We have changed our website
We are excited to launch an updated version of our website— to ensure that everyone who cares about keeping the promise knows how The Promise Scotland can help them.
The website now has a clearer navigation, to help you to understand the areas we are working in to help keep the promise, who we are, and how we can help you.
What’s new?
The new website is arranged into four sections:
- Supporting You to keep the promise, which includes information on our work supporting learning around change, and encouraging change to be implemented.
- Supporting Plan 24-30, which includes information on our work around Scotland’s plan to keep the promise.
- Our Policy Work, which includes information on our work encouraging the changes to law and policy which are needed to keep the promise.
- What’s been done, which has information on what’s happened to keep the promise so far.
We also have a new header navigation section, which contains information on The Promise Scotland, getting help, resources, news and contact details. It also has a brand-new section which looks at how Scotland is keeping the promise, who is supporting it to be delivered and where The Promise Scotland sits.
What’s changed?
The previous version of the website aimed to provide a home to all information on the promise, The Promise Scotland and The Oversight Board.
In that time, Plan 24-30, Scotland’s plan to keep the promise , also launched, providing a home for much of the information Scotland’s ongoing work to keep the promise— including its route maps and the Promise Story of Progress.
The Oversight Board now have their own website as well.
These changes left space for us to be clearer in our role.
How can you help?
To ensure that the new site is as helpful and clear as possible, we are looking for people to review the new site, and give us their feedback.
If someone has 5 minutes – or 45 minutes – we would welcome all levels of feedback to make sure this site provides users with what they need.
