Samaritans
Samaritans provides confidential, non-judgmental emotional support for anyone who is struggling to cope— you don’t have to be suicidal. The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You can call Police Scotland on 101 to talk to the police about something that isn't urgent.
Advice for children and young people
Who Cares? Scotland helpline
If you're a care experienced person who needs to talk to someone, you can contact the Who Cares? Scotland helpline. It's open Monday to Friday, 12pm to 4pm.
You can access the helpline by phoning 0330 107 7540, or by emailing help@whocaresscotland.org.
ChildLine
ChildLine is a counselling service for children and young people. You can contact them at any time.

Clan Childlaw legal helpline
Clan Childlaw's free helpline is there if you need to know about a child or young person’s rights, or about how the law affects a child or young person.
It's open from Monday to Friday 9-1pm, and 2-5pm.
